How It Works
Vendor spaces are available starting at $3 per square foot, with a simple 90/10 split on sales. You keep 90% of what you sell, while we handle the rest including staffing, checkout, and customer service. Vendors receive monthly payouts, making it easy to track your earnings and grow your business.

All vendors are required to have:
A State of California Seller’s Permit issued by the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration
An active City of Bakersfield business license
